I-9 and LCA Compliance

As the U.S. government intensifies its focus on homeland security, employers who must manage employment eligibility verification issues arising out of the Immigration Reform and Control Act of 1986 (“IRCA”) are faced with new challenges. We therefore assist clients on IRCA requirements and compliance issues relating to Form I-9 employment eligibility verification, and Unfair Immigration Related Employment Practices. We will perform I-9 audits, consultations, and training for our clients on I-9 policy and procedure.


Additionally, we provide representation for compliance relating to Labor Condition Applications for H-1B petitions. We review LCA public access files, provide supplemental information, if needed, assist in reconstructing files that are missing or not previously prepared, and conduct training in the proper preparation and maintenance of such files.
